• Dr. Ajay Jain is an Assistant Professor of Accounting & Finance at Prestige Institute of Management & Research (PIMR), Gwalior. Prior to this, he was associated with Amity University, Madhya Pradesh, as a Visiting Faculty and has also served as a Guest Faculty at the Institute of Law, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He qualified the MPPSC State Eligibility Test in Commerce.

Dr. Jain has over 3 years of industrial experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm, where he was engaged in accounting, auditing, and taxation-related work. He also has more than 5 years of academic and research experience. His core academic interests lie in the areas of accounting, taxation, and finance. He was conferred with dual Gold Medals by the Hon’ble Former President of India and the Hon’ble Ex-Governor of Madhya Pradesh for securing First Position in Master of Commerce (Accounting and Taxation) under the School of Commerce and Business Studies, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has also received the Brilliant Performance Award (Senior & Junior Category) in the National Accounting Talent Search organized by the Indian Accounting Association.

Dr. Jain has completed multiple certifications from IIM Bangalore via SWAYAM, including a Gold Badge Certification in “AI in Accounting,” “Financial Accounting and Analysis,” and a Silver Badge Certification in “FinTech: Foundation and Application.” He also earned a certification in “Management Accounting in Decision Making” from the same institution. His research interests include taxation, accounting and financial management. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences and seminars and has recently published two research articles in UGC CARE-listed journals and one in a Scopus-indexed journal. He has actively participated in AICTE and UGC-approved Faculty Development Programs, Refresher Courses, and Workshops conducted by reputed institutions. Apart from being a passionate educator, he has successfully coordinated various curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities.

• Dr. Nidhi Jain Jain is a finance scholar and Assistant Professor at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Gwalior (M.P.), India. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Jiwaji University, with her doctoral research focused on “Investor’s Bias, Confidence, Risk Propensity, Uncertainty, and Personality Traits as Determinants of Financial Decision Making – A Study with Special Reference to Women.” Her academic foundation includes a dual-specialization MBA in Finance and Marketing, and a B.Com, both earned with distinction.

Her research interests span behavioral finance, financial inclusion, personal financial wellness, investor psychology, and the influence of mindfulness and personality traits on financial behavior. Dr. Jain has published extensively in national and international peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes, including contributions to IGI Global, Routledge, Bloomsbury, and UGC Care-listed journals. Her recent publications explore:

Dr. Jain has served as a Session Chair at several international conferences organized by the Association of International Business and Professional Management (AIBPM) and was selected as a reviewer and editorial board member for reputed academic forums. Her experience also includes guiding numerous MBA-level research projects and participating in global academic collaborations such as the Nusantara Worldwide Collaboration Project.

She brings strong technical expertise in SPSS, AMOS, EViews, and Smart-PLS, enriching her research output with rigorous data analysis and modeling.
